Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the strategic plan for product categories, focusing on growth and margin performance
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize category health and business outcomes
- Analyze performance metrics and market trends to inform growth strategies and budget management
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of P&L ownership experience in a consumer product category with annual revenue of $25M-$150M
- 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a similar analytical role
- Proven track record of cross-functional leadership in retail or eCommerce
- Fluency in growth marketing metrics and performance funnel analysis
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
