Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support primary care clinics in Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls from patients

Required Qualifications

• One of the following certifications: CHAA, CPAR, or CRCR
• High school diploma
• Prior experience scheduling in a medical setting
• Prior experience working from home
• Familiarity with insurance policies
