Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
- Assist customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies and help retain policyholders
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passion for helping others
- Willingness to obtain a P&C license within 60 days of starting
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 3:30pm to 12am EST
