Key Responsibilities
- Design and document weekly rotating menus, ensuring nutritional and operational targets are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine recipes, ensuring consistency and quality
- Test and adjust new recipes in the kitchen, demonstrating techniques to the culinary team
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a fine dining setting
- 5+ years of experience in high-volume recipe development
- 3+ years of gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free cooking experience
- Proven expertise in recipe design with a strong portfolio
- Tech-savvy with advanced experience in Google Workspace and Excel
