GIS Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GIS Developer to lead the implementation of ArcGIS Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Define system architecture, networking, and storage configurations for ArcGIS Enterprise instances
• Perform installation and initial configuration of ArcGIS Enterprise on servers according to defined architecture
• Automate deployment and maintenance of GIS environments using scripting tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in GIS architecture and deployment, preferably in Microsoft/Azure environments
• Proven experience designing and deploying ArcGIS Enterprise in multi-environment configurations
• Proficiency in Python (ArcPy, Pandas) and SQL for ArcGIS management and automation
• Familiarity with GIS web services (REST, SOAP) and APIs
