Why this role matters
You’ll be our first full-time marketing hire, partnering directly with the founders to turn early viral success into a predictable growth engine that propels us to the next 100 million users.
Responsibilities
- UGC & Ambassador management: Develop a UGC strategy for TikTok and Instagram, source talent, and coach creators to deliver a steady-stream of viral content.
- Content experimentation: Ideate and test new formats, hooks, and storytelling angles, turning them into repeatable formats that drive growth
- Influencer management: Build relationships with influencers, negotiate deals, and develop creative briefs for influencer campaigns
- Product feedback: provide user insights to product teams so we learn faster together.
- Paid ads: pick winning organic content, allocate marketing spending, and optimise ads
- You have successfully built an Instagram or TikTok channel before - you’ve gone viral multiple times
- You are a strong communicator
- You aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty
- You want to work hard for a chance at glory
