Why this role matters
You’ll be our first full-time marketing hire, partnering directly with the founders to turn early viral success into a predictable growth engine that propels us to the next 100 million users.
What you’ll do
- UGC & Ambassador management: Develop a UGC strategy for TikTok and Instagram, source talent, and coach creators to deliver a steady-stream of viral content.
- Content experimentation: Ideate and test new formats, hooks, and storytelling angles, turning them into repeatable formats that drive growth
- Influencer management: Build relationships with influencers, negotiate deals, and develop creative briefs for influencer campaigns
- Product feedback: provide user insights to product teams so we learn faster together.
Nice to have
- You’ve founded or co-founded own business or side hustle
- Experience with running paid marketing
- Experience with developing brand positioning and messaging
- Familiarity with for ‘learning’ related TikTok niche’s e.g. Studytok, Booktok
- Track-record of building / managing online communities e.g. on Discord
