Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing guidance through each step of the process.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, competition, and market trends.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
• Manage property listings and maintain an updated database of available properties.
• Prepare and present offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties in a compelling manner.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and laws.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar role or a strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and current trends will be considered as an asset
