Job Summary

A company is looking for a Golf Trusted Advisor (12:00pm-9:00pm ET Shift) (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual golf consultation appointments and provide tailored product recommendations
• Assist customers with order placement, status inquiries, and product information
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and execute back-office functions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent experience
• Knowledge of golf products and experience playing the game
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong presentation skills
