Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to assess physical condition and functional limitations
• Develop customized treatment plans utilizing a variety of physical therapy techniques
• Administer prescribed therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to alleviate pain and restore mobility
• Provide education and coaching to patients and caregivers on home exercises and injury prevention
• Monitor and document patient progress and make necessary treatment adjustments
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with regulations and clinic protocols
• Promote a safe, supportive, and motivating environment for patient rehabilitation

Requirements

• Licensure: Active New York State Physical Therapist License
• Experience: Open to new graduates; mentorship and support provided
