Key Responsibilities

• Source and moderate product reviews while implementing strategies to encourage authentic customer feedback
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries, while tracking industry trends and competitor mentions
• Manage the affiliate program by sourcing potential affiliates and optimizing their promotional efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-5 years of marketing, project management, or administrative experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or GSuite equivalents
