A company is looking for a GTM Sourcer to help build their Go-to-Market and G&A teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels to identify potential candidates
- Conduct initial screening conversations to assess candidate interest and background
- Partner closely with GTM Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
- Understanding of technical roles and common programming languages, frameworks, and tools
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting databases
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
