A company is looking for a Talent Systems HCM Implementation Associate (Contract, Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage project meetings and documentation for the Oracle Fusion HCM program
- Support data collection, user acceptance testing, and coordinate training logistics
- Maintain issue trackers and assist in drafting training materials and process documentation
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience in Talent, operations, or systems support
- Interest in Talent technology and enterprise systems
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
- Ability to handle confidential data with care
- Must be able to work in a standard office environment and operate standard office equipment
