Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Systems HCM Implementation Associate (Contract, Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage project meetings and documentation for the Oracle Fusion HCM program
  • Support data collection, user acceptance testing, and coordinate training logistics
  • Maintain issue trackers and assist in drafting training materials and process documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in Talent, operations, or systems support
  • Interest in Talent technology and enterprise systems
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
  • Ability to handle confidential data with care
  • Must be able to work in a standard office environment and operate standard office equipment
