Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email, SMS, and product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Design and manage CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including automated email flows
- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of email marketing and CRM experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Proven experience in direct-to-consumer brands with significant revenue growth
- Expert-level proficiency in email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo
- Strong analytical skills with experience in customer data platforms and reporting tools
- Ability to develop and execute both strategic initiatives and tactical campaigns
