Head of Data

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Data to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand key data sources and collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities
• Lead the development of a stakeholder intake process and ensure core metrics are defined and consistent
• Mentor the data team and establish a quarterly roadmap for the data organization

Required Qualifications

• Strong SQL and analytical modeling skills
• Experience with modern data stacks such as BigQuery and dbt
• Prior experience in building or leading data teams at a SaaS company
• Hands-on experience with data queries, dashboards, and validation
• Bonus: Familiarity with data activation tools like HubSpot or ChartMogul
