Key Responsibilities

• Define and own product design vision, strategy, and execution from concept to production

• Mentor and lead a team of product designers while fostering a strong design culture within the organization

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven, hands-on experience in building user experiences
• 3+ years of experience mentoring and developing a team of product designers
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI experiences in relevant industries
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions
