Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Product Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the user experience vision for the Genius platform and ensure intuitive workflows
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of product designers and UX researchers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product capabilities and ensure design consistency

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product/UX design with at least 3 years in leadership roles
• Experience managing distributed teams and building design capabilities for complex SaaS or AI/ML platforms
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual and interaction design skills
• Deep understanding of human-centered design practices and accessibility standards
• Curiosity about AI and the ability to translate AI/ML concepts into usable features
