Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in fintech, BaaS, or enterprise platforms
• Expertise in stablecoins and AI with a proven track record of delivering financial products
• Ability to own product strategy and execution across complex systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
• Data-driven decision maker with hands-on experience in designing experiments and interpreting results
