Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations, product management, or a similar leadership role
• Proven experience in an operations leadership role within a product or technology organization
• Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and managing P&Ls
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or software company
