Head of Technical Project Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Technical Project Management & Strategic Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team responsible for platform migrations, product rollouts, and cross-functional delivery
• Own the execution strategy for deprecating the legacy ID+ platform and scaling RiskOS adoption
• Establish a data-driven operating rhythm and internal delivery tooling to support ongoing implementations

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in Technical Project Management, product operations, or strategic delivery in B2B SaaS organizations
• 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional platform transformations at scale
• Proven track record in managing platform transformation programs impacting $150M across thousands of customers
• Strong fluency in AI/ML-powered internal tooling and analytics workflows
• Experience in building and scaling high-output program teams and operational processes
