Key Responsibilities

• Manage team performance through regular one-on-ones, meetings, and individualized development plans
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to company policies while optimizing staffing efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address training needs and participate in projects and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences or nursing required; Master's degree or licensure preferred
• 2+ years of people management experience
• National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) strongly encouraged
• Expert knowledge in behavior change and coaching skills required
• Experience working as a Live Services team member preferred
