A company is looking for a Health Information Specialist I - OnBase Indexer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform chart processing functions including preparation, scanning, indexing, and quality review of medical records
• Index medical records within OnBase, ensuring accurate entry of patient information and document types
• Review legal components of medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2 years of previous medical office or medical record experience preferred
• Proficiency in computer applications related to position duties
