Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAS / Group Health Trainer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage training agendas for New Hires and coordinate equipment setup with IT
  • Conduct training and audits to improve employee performance and ensure quality standards
  • Maintain a catalog of training materials and perform routine check-ins with New Hires
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • RN Licensure is a plus
  • Limited operations experience in Peer Review, UR, or case management
  • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred
  • Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
