A company is looking for a PAS / Group Health Trainer.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage training agendas for New Hires and coordinate equipment setup with IT
- Conduct training and audits to improve employee performance and ensure quality standards
- Maintain a catalog of training materials and perform routine check-ins with New Hires
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- RN Licensure is a plus
- Limited operations experience in Peer Review, UR, or case management
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred
- Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
