Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Outsourced Accounting for Skilled Nursing Facility Clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify operational needs and implement timely solutions for healthcare providers
• Build trusted advisor relationships with healthcare client executives and provide performance improvement recommendations
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of client accounting engagements by collaborating with engagement managers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 8 years of related accounting experience, with healthcare industry experience required
• Prior public accounting experience and CPA designation are a plus
• Willingness to train and develop staff skill sets
• Experience in building strong remote team relationships and managing client accounts
