Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Healthcare Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives
• Manage development efforts as a liaison with business and technical partners, including stakeholder expectations and requirements gathering
• Mentor, manage, and ensure the continuous development of the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and data management
• Working knowledge of SQL or other coding languages
• Project management experience preferred
• Experience in mentoring and training junior analysts preferred
