Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives
• Manage development efforts as a liaison with business and technical partners, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Mentor and manage team members to ensure continuous development and effective collaboration

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and data management
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience with querying languages
• Preferred knowledge of business intelligence tools like Microsoft PowerBI
• Experience in change management processes and mentoring junior analysts preferred
