Healthcare Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Healthcare Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Healthcare Analytics Team and their activities
• Coordinate with Health Plan departments to fulfill data analysis and reporting needs
• Create reports for strategic analysis, financial analysis, and medical management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3 years of management or team leadership experience
• 10 years of work experience in a claims processing or healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge of SQL 2005/2008 and SSRS report development
• Familiarity with relational database concepts and SDLC concepts
