Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service within the healthcare industry
  • Ability to interpret and explain Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-managed with the ability to use multiple programs simultaneously
