Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Remote) - PM Shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and build rapport
- Provide essential information regarding access to care issues and benefits
- Guide callers through troubleshooting and navigating self-service options
Required Qualifications and Education:
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a health plan call center agent
- Medicare and/or Medicaid experience is a plus
- High computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications
- Willingness to work any shift between 10:00 am - 1:00 am Eastern time
