Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Rep who will support patients with their healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments and provide healthcare information
• Conduct surveys and assist patients with benefits and insurance inquiries
• Enhance patients' healthcare experiences through empathetic interactions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Strong computer experience with data entry and screen navigation
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
• Must provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
