Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Rep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments and conduct surveys
  • Assist patients with benefits and insurance information, enhancing their healthcare experience
  • Demonstrate compassion and support while interacting with patients and healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry and experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
  • Demonstrated caring and compassion in customer interactions
  • Able to provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
