Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Representative-EST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 25 outbound calls per hour to schedule doctor appointments
- Handle high volume incoming calls from patients to assist with scheduling and inquiries
- Accurately book and confirm appointments based on patient and doctor availability
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare
- Familiarity with scheduling software and CRM systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in data entry and computer use is required
- Ability to approach calls with empathy and professionalism
