Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Representative-EST.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make a minimum of 25 outbound calls per hour to schedule doctor appointments
  • Handle high volume incoming calls from patients to assist with scheduling and inquiries
  • Accurately book and confirm appointments based on patient and doctor availability
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and CRM systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer use is required
  • Ability to approach calls with empathy and professionalism
