Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst-Healthcare Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather and document business requirements
• Support Epic EHR integration projects and ensure alignment with healthcare communication needs
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare projects
• Strong knowledge of Epic EHR Integration workflows and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
• Experience with Active Directory integration and identity lifecycle management
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PHI, data security)
