Key Responsibilities

• Assist with and potentially lead Cadence/MyChart decision tree builds and enhancements
• Optimize Appointment Request Workqueue projects
• Enhance Visit Type Instructions and improve Dismissed Patient workflows

Required Qualifications

• Healthcare IT experience is essential
• Familiarity with Epic systems, particularly Cadence and MyChart
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong project management skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
