Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Assistant to support their Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts in collaboration with Recruiters and TA Leadership
- Oversee the pre-credentialing process for healthcare providers and coordinate pre-employment screenings
- Maintain records of issued offer letters and recruitment metrics reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, healthcare recruitment, or credentialing
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software, preferably Workday
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
