HEDIS Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEDIS Program Manager II to oversee program initiatives for the Medicaid product line of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives that promote quality, safety, and cost of care
• Gather requirements, create plans, manage resources, and facilitate project execution
• Communicate program status to management and key stakeholders while managing projects through the full life cycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Health care experience preferred
• Experience with HEDIS, CAHPS, and Quality Improvement projects highly preferred
• Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare government programs preferred
