A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Document issues accurately and create or update help desk tickets
- Perform basic remote troubleshooting and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or help desk environments
- Basic knowledge of Windows 7-11 troubleshooting and peripheral device setup
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and MS Office applications
- Familiarity with VPN configuration and general network troubleshooting
- Basic Active Directory knowledge (user management, password resets, etc.)
