Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Document issues accurately and create or update help desk tickets
  • Perform basic remote troubleshooting and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in technical support or help desk environments
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 7-11 troubleshooting and peripheral device setup
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with VPN configuration and general network troubleshooting
  • Basic Active Directory knowledge (user management, password resets, etc.)
