Key Responsibilities
- Process information using electronic data systems and ensure timely completion of client requests
- Review and apply HIPAA regulations to maintain compliance and validate requests for medical information
- Retrieve and accurately complete release of information requests while maintaining quality standards
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient computer skills and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work effectively and independently in high-volume production environments
- Experience retrieving information from computer databases is helpful
- Dependable with good organizational skills
