A company is looking for a temporary HOA Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare drafts of HOA financial statements and forecast the resort's financial status
- Assist with management of accounting, auditing, and budgeting within the organization
- Reconcile accounting inaccuracies through monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Required Qualifications
- HOA accounting experience is required; timeshare accounting experience is preferred
- Resort property industry work experience demonstrating progressive career growth
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Strong analytical and financial process skills
- Proficiency in accounting software, specifically QBO
