HOA Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a temporary HOA Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare drafts of HOA financial statements and forecast the resort's financial status
• Assist with management of accounting, auditing, and budgeting within the organization
• Reconcile accounting inaccuracies through monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• HOA accounting experience is required; timeshare accounting experience is preferred
• Resort property industry work experience demonstrating progressive career growth
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Strong analytical and financial process skills
• Proficiency in accounting software, specifically QBO
