Your role at Hostinger

As an On-site SEO Team Lead, you’ll drive the strategy and execution of content-led SEO initiatives across Hostinger’s websites. You’ll lead a team focused on creating and optimizing landing pages for multiple products and locales, ensuring SEO best practices are applied at scale. You’ll work closely with the Technical SEO Lead, as well as content, localization, and design teams, to align efforts and maximize performance across the funnel. We’re looking for a strategic yet detail-oriented leader—ready to elevate our on-site SEO impact globally.

• Lead and mentor on-site SEO specialists, ensuring consistent execution of best practices and performance optimization across Hostinger’s websites.
• Own and drive SEO initiatives across multiple locales and product verticals, aligning strategy and execution with company-wide OKRs and long-term organic growth goals.
• Define and lead the SEO team’s strategic approach to AIO (AI-generated content) and LLM-supported content — including visibility tracking, performance evaluation, quality standards, and actionable improvements.
• Plan and execute on-site SEO experiments, analyze results, and translate findings into scalable improvements across key domains.
• Monitor and benchmark search performance and competitor activity to identify trends, content gaps, and technical or topical opportunities.
• Oversee keyword research and search intent mapping to continuously expand organic visibility and landing page performance.
• Work closely with teams like Content, CRO, Product, Off-Site SEO, Technical SEO, and Developers to make sure our SEO projects are well-planned, technically correct, and deliver strong results.
• Contribute to the development and automation of SEO workflows and processes to increase execution efficiency, scalability, and performance monitoring across teams.

• 3+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of leading high-impact on-site strategies across multiple markets and products.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience hiring, mentoring, and scaling SEO teams in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
• Demonstrated ability to craft and execute global SEO strategies aligned with business goals, and to translate those into clear, actionable roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of how search engines evaluate on-page content quality, technical architecture, and semantic structure — with the ability to embed these insights into scalable execution frameworks.
• Skilled at cross-functional leadership—comfortable aligning diverse stakeholders across marketing, product, engineering, and design to drive unified growth initiatives.
• Highly analytical and data-informed, with a strong grasp of how to prioritize and measure the impact of SEO projects across acquisition funnels.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset: you anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and drive end-to-end project ownership from vision to implementation.
• Passionate about the evolving search landscape—including AI, automation, and SERP innovation—and eager to shape the future of how users discover value online.
