Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Assistant to perform various personnel and clerical tasks related to employee management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR inboxes, triage employee questions, and track information for reporting
  • Provide information to employees regarding HR policies and assist with data entry for HR processes
  • Maintain employee files, compile data for reports, and support the Employee Relations team as needed


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in HR
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (French preferred) are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
