Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain employee records, including data entry for new hires, terminations, and changes
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding coordination, including preparing paperwork and ensuring form completion
- Support benefits administration tasks and ensure compliance-related documentation is accurately filed
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in HR
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite and a strong aptitude for learning new HR systems
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in data entry tasks
