Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Associate to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain employee records, including data entry for new hires, terminations, and changes
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding coordination, including preparing paperwork and ensuring form completion
  • Support benefits administration tasks and ensure compliance-related documentation is accurately filed
Required Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in HR
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and a strong aptitude for learning new HR systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in data entry tasks
