Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Contact Center Representative I to serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve employee inquiries and issues using contact center procedures and reference materials
  • Document all inquiries in the contact center case management application
  • Identify and suggest improvements for processes, procedures, and technologies
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
  • One year or more experience in HR, Call Center, or related field preferred
  • Experience with case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce) preferred
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Self-motivated and well-organized
