A company is looking for an HR Contact Center Representative I to serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve employee inquiries and issues using contact center procedures and reference materials
- Document all inquiries in the contact center case management application
- Identify and suggest improvements for processes, procedures, and technologies
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
- One year or more experience in HR, Call Center, or related field preferred
- Experience with case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce) preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
- Self-motivated and well-organized
