A company is looking for an HR Coordinator to manage employee inquiries and support various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve Tier 0-1 HR inquiries through the case management system and email
- Coordinate pre-employment and new hire administrative processes, ensuring compliance and quality standards
- Provide administrative support for HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, and maintaining HR documentation
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 0-3 years of related experience in Human Resources preferred
- Experience with HR systems such as ServiceNow and Workday preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Must be 18 years or older
