Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to provide employee and candidate support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first line of support for employee and candidate HR questions via phone and email
  • Handle inquiries related to policies, benefits, onboarding, and other HR programs with professionalism and accuracy
  • Document cases, track follow-ups, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR support, HR operations, or customer service (call center experience preferred)
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and inquiries with professionalism
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable working with HR systems, ticketing platforms, and standard office software
  • Must be based in EST and able to work standard EST business hours
