A company is looking for an HR Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources department
- Assist with new hire follow-up processes and manage internal requisitions
- Conduct exit interviews and support new hire orientation processes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- One (1) plus years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with HRIS/HCM systems is a plus
- Exposure to employment laws and regulations is desirable
