Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources department
  • Assist with new hire follow-up processes and manage internal requisitions
  • Conduct exit interviews and support new hire orientation processes
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • One (1) plus years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with HRIS/HCM systems is a plus
  • Exposure to employment laws and regulations is desirable
