Key Responsibilities

- Assist employees with navigation through Workday/TCL systems and HR/payroll policies
- Utilize a case management tool to record and process HR requests and inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in human resources or a related field preferred
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Aptitude for learning new systems
- Ability to work with sensitive data and maintain strict confidentiality
