We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance to our users, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Communication with our customers to effectively resolve issues via email, live chat, and occasionally on the phone.
- Communicating client requirements to operational teams when applicable.
- Fostering close communication with compliance, sales, and product development teams.
- Constantly look for what can be improved within the team, the company and its products.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and provide input on how the support team can adapt and improve.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer service.
- Experience working with HubSpot and/or Intercom.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Good understanding of payment systems and modern payment technologies.
- Outstanding communication skills and experience working in a team.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A friendly and professional demeanor.
