Role Overview
We are looking for a highly inquisitive and tech-enabled Associate AI Data Researcher who leverages AI tools and platforms to conduct research with speed, accuracy, and depth. This role focuses on extracting actionable insights across domains such as emerging technologies, industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory developments—using AI to enhance the research process, not as the subject of study.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., language models, automated summarization, semantic search, data extraction tools) to conduct high-volume, high-velocity research.
- Analyze industry trends, market shifts, and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Rapidly synthesize information from news sources, whitepapers, databases, and public records into clear, actionable reports.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and strategy teams to align research output with business goals.
- Evaluate new AI tools and platforms for improving research workflows and information discovery.
- Maintain a structured research database, regularly updating it with references, annotations, and summaries.
- Attend relevant webinars, online forums, and briefings to stay current on developments in applied research methods and digital tools.
- Proactively identify areas where research, supported by AI, can inform innovation and strategic planning at Enlatics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Information Science, Economics, or related discipline).
- 1 – 2 years of experience in research or analysis roles, with demonstrated use of AI or automation tools in research workflows.
- Strong proficiency in tools such as ChatGPT, semantic search engines, web scraping frameworks, or AI-based summarization tools.
- Exceptional ability to convert diverse data into well-structured insights and reports.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intellectual curiosity, speed, and adaptability in working across multiple research domains.
