A company is looking for an Associate, HR Ops Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and resolutions to HR-related inquiries from internal and external customers
- Perform routine data entry and manage customer transactions related to payroll, benefits, and HR data
- Research and resolve issues using HR technologies and maintain accurate documentation of inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 1 year of HR or equivalent customer service experience preferred
