Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, HR Ops Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and resolutions to HR-related inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Perform routine data entry and manage customer transactions related to payroll, benefits, and HR data
  • Research and resolve issues using HR technologies and maintain accurate documentation of inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Experience with Workday preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 1 year of HR or equivalent customer service experience preferred
